Job Overview
- Royal Builders Pte Ltd is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for our construction and renovation services. The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and able to understand client needs while presenting tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities (residential, commercial, renovation projects)
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online/offline channels
Conduct sales presentations and site visits with potential clients
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses
Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
3. Coordination & Project Support
Liaise with internal teams (design, operations, contractors)
Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution
Monitor project progress and update clients when necessary
4. Sales Targets & Reporting
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or tracking system
Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales (construction/renovation/property industry is a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Good understanding of customer service and relationship management
