Giant Carpentry Pte Ltd are a growing company specializing in exhibition, event setup, commercial carpentry, and fit-out projects. We are looking for a committed and proactive Project Coordinator to join our project team on a full-time basis.

Job Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Management
- Coordinate and follow up exhibition, event setup, and commercial carpentry projects from design stage to completion.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution.
- Communicate with customers on project details, requirements, and progress updates.
- Assist in preparing work schedules, quotations, cost estimations, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and resolve operational or on-site issues promptly.
- Ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and with high client satisfaction.
Site Operations
- Conduct site visits for measurement, coordination, and progress checks.
- Attend on-site setup for exhibitions, events, and installations.
- Ensure smooth execution during setup and dismantling.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and logistics when required.
Requirements
- Experience in exhibition, event setup, commercial carpentry, interior fit-out, or related industries is an advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (to liaise with clients, suppliers, and workers).
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, hands-on, and willing to work on-site when required.
