• Manage all company communications to drive leads and ensure through gap analysis, appropriate support to correct performance within cost-effective targets.
• Ensure smooth running and completion of projects across site builds, online advertising, social media, maximizing online sales opportunities and search marketing.
 • Plan and manage SEO, SEM (PPC) and social marketing activities with focus on the major platforms.
• Responsible for displaying content (banners) and campaigns


Min 4 years of experience in digital solution marketing or product management within freight forwarding/logistics, preferably in Southeast Asia.

Deep understanding of digital freight forwarding platforms and logistics operations.

Proven ability to provide data-driven insights on customer journeys and user experiences.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, including product training experience.

• Apply extensive professional knowledge to manage air and sea freight operations efficiently
• Execute customs declarations including all types of permit declarations to ensure regulatory compliance

Drive growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts for ocean, air, and customs brokerage services. Collaborate with internal teams and global networks to develop business opportunities aligned with sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new customers for ocean, air, and customs brokerage services to expand market presence
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers to develop additional business opportunities
• Grow revenue and volume footprint to achieve economies of scale and enhance service reliability
• Partner with Rio’s network to increase volumes in key trade lanes and verticals following the Sales Strategy
• Engage with local and global networks to support account development and business growth
• Represent Rio’s values and ethics, including Safety, Integrity and Trust, and Continuous Improvement, in all customer interactions
• Act as the primary sales contact for assigned customers, managing relationships to identify and convert new business opportunities

• Research market trends and identify new opportunities focused on air and ocean freight services

• Participate in regional and local RFP/RFQ processes to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Develop pricing strategies, negotiate terms, and close deals with new customers to secure business growth
• Collect and analyze market information to support the Freight Forwarding Manager and participate in training to stay current with industry changes
• Research market trends and new opportunities, focusing on air and ocean freight
•  2-3 years experience in Business Development in Forwarding within the region.
