Role Overview

We are looking for friendly and reliable individuals to join as Assistant Facilitators. In this role, you will support the main Facilitator during training sessions and assist elderly participants and caregivers with simple tasks.

This is a micro job role, ideal for retirees or individuals who are looking to stay active, learn something new, and earn additional income during their free time.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist elderly participants and caregivers during training sessions
• Support participants in completing feedback forms
• Provide basic guidance and encouragement during activities
• Assist the main Facilitator on an ad-hoc basis during sessions
• Help ensure sessions run smoothly and participants feel supported

Training & Progression

• Basic training will be provided
• Opportunity to progress into a Facilitator role after 6 months, based on performance and interest

Requirements

• Friendly, patient, and approachable personality
• Willingness to interact with elderly participants
• Basic familiarity with smartphones is an advantage
• Ability to communicate in English and/or Chinese (additional local languages are a plus)
• No prior experience required – training will be provided

Work Schedule

• Sessions are 3 hours each
• Work is primarily scheduled on weekdays
• Flexible, session-based engagement
• Schedule will be shared in advance

Additional Information

• Sessions take place across West, East, and Central Singapore
• Transportation reimbursement provided if required to travel between centres on the same day

Role Overview

We are seeking passionate and responsible individuals to join us as Facilitators. You will guide elderly participants and caregivers in learning and using a Gen AI mobile application designed to improve cognitive health through engaging activities.

This role is ideal for freelancers or individuals looking to dedicate part of their time to meaningful community work.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate 3-hour sessions for elderly participants and caregivers
• Guide users in navigating and using the mobile application
• Support participants in engaging with cognitive games and activities
• Create a positive, patient, and encouraging learning environment
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and participant queries
• Provide feedback on participant engagement and programme effectiveness

Training & Support

• Comprehensive training on the mobile application will be provided
• Ongoing support from the project team

Requirements

• Ability to speak Chinese and English to effectively interact with elderly participants and caregivers
• Additional local languages (e.g., Malay, Tamil, dialects) will be an advantage
• Strong interest in working with elderly individuals
• Patient, empathetic, and good communication skills
• Comfortable using smartphones and mobile applications
• Prior experience in facilitation, caregiving, or community work is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Freelancers or individuals with flexible schedules preferred

We are seeking a responsible and organised Part-Time Admin Assistant to support administrative operations and client engagement activities. The role involves liaising with elderly clients, assisting with documentation, and supporting basic marketing and outreach efforts such as flyer distribution.

This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently, managing tasks efficiently, and communicating effectively with elderly individuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and liaise with elderly clients in Mandarin and English
• Assist in general administrative tasks and documentation
• Support data entry, record keeping, and basic coordination work
• Conduct basic marketing errands, including distribution of flyers
• Assist with coordination of appointments or programme-related activities
• Work remotely on administrative tasks and attend client locations when required

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially with elderly clients
• Organised, responsible, and able to manage tasks independently
• Basic computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Docs, email)
• Willingness to travel to client locations when required
• Prior administrative or coordination experience is an advantage but not mandatory
• Proactive and accountable, to fit small team

Work Schedule

• Part-time: 3 days per week
• Flexible work arrangement (remote + onsite at client locations)
• Schedule to be coordinated in advance

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: SGD $600
