Job Responsibilities: 

• Algorithm Development: Development and optimization of machine learning and deep learning algorithms to solve complex business problems. 

• Model Training and Evaluation: Participate in the construction and training of artificial intelligence models, including but not limited to neural networks, decision trees, etc., evaluate and optimize the models to improve their performance and accuracy. 

• Data Analysis and Preprocessing: Conduct data collection, cleaning, preprocessing and feature engineering, provide high-quality data for model training, and arrange and guide data labelers to carry out data labeling and other work. 

• Collaboration and Deployment: Collaborate with team members to integrate algorithm models into actual business systems, promote the implementation of projects, and realize the intelligent upgrading of products. 

• Research and Innovations: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies. Explore and deploy new technologies, drive innovations to create value to market needs, and enhance the company’s competitiveness. Audio and video algorithms for surveillance/monitoring applications which also include the research and implementation of algorithms involving target detection, feature extraction, tracking, and recognition. 

• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of algorithms, experiments, and project workflows. Communicate results and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Job Requirements: 

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Pattern Recognition, Artificial Intelligence, Automatic Control, Operations Research, Biology, Physics / Quantum Computing, Neuroscience, Statistics or a related field. 

2. Familiar with common machine learning and deep learning algorithms and keeping track with the latest SOTA implementations. 

3. Strong programming skill in Python, C / C++, proficient in mathematical / statistical concepts and exceptional coding skills 

4. Hands-on experience with AI / ML frameworks be familiar such as Caffe, PyTorch, TensorFlow, MxNet etc. 

5. Have rich project experience in machine learning and deep learning, be familiar with common algorithm models, such as CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformer, ViT, etc., and be able to improve and innovate models according to actual problems. 

6. Experience in familiar the design, parameter tuning and optimization methods of neural network models is a plus 

7. Experience in model compression and in the transplantation and optimization of deep learning forward inference on various platforms, including NPU / GPU / DSP / ARM on mobile platforms and CPU / GPU on server platforms is also a plus. 

8. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability, able to independently undertake the research and tackling of complex problems and team spirit are highly valued traits.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline
2. Relevant software development experience.
3. Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals (operating systems, network principles, data structures, and algorithms)
4. Programming Languages: High proficiency in Java (including JVM internals and performance tuning) or Node.js (including its event-driven architecture and asynchronous programming model). Proficiency in both is a significant plus.
5. Frameworks & Middleware: Proficient with common open-source frameworks and tools such as Kafka, RocketMQ, Dubbo, Zookeeper, and Redis.

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and experienced full-time Administration Officer to support office operations, basic HR administrative tasks, and employee engagement initiatives. This role contributes to a well‑organised, inclusive, and collaborative workplace by supporting teams across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Administrative Operations

• Manage day‑to‑day administrative activities, including document processing, data entry, records management, and procurement of office and pantry supplies.
• Oversee pantry operations (ordering, stock management, and vendor coordination) to ensure a well‑maintained office environment.
• Coordinate meeting schedules, conference room bookings, and travel arrangements.
• Liaise with building management and office vendors to follow up on facilities management and service matters.

HR Administrative Support

• Provide basic administrative support for HR processes as required, such as onboarding coordination (e.g. biometric facial recognition registration for new hires), etc.
• Support compliance with internal policies and procedures through accurate documentation and proper filing.

Employee Engagement & Internal Coordination

• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, including staff events, training sessions, and team‑building activities.
• Support internal communication efforts by disseminating updates and coordinating information across departments when necessary.

Finance & Procurement Support

• Assist with basic administrative finance tasks, including organizing invoices and supporting simple tracking of office‑related or employee engagement expenses.

General Duties

• Ensure the office environment remains tidy, orderly, and conducive to productivity.
• Carry out other administrative and support duties as reasonably assigned.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Secretarial Studies, or a related field.

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or operations‑related role.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Professional Skills

• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
