You will oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability of servers, network and security systems, as well as cloud services. You will also have to design, implement, and maintain the IT infrastructure of a healthcare organization.

 Perform Systems Administration

• Maintain Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and storage solutions.

• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Ensure high availability and disaster recovery with backups and replication.

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches and updates.

 Maintain Network Services

• Implement network design, configure, and maintain LAN, WLAN, and VPN infrastructure, managing firewalls, switches, and routers.

• Implement and monitor network security policies, intrusion detection, and access control.

• Optimize network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure redundancy.

 Ensure Security and Compliance

• Implement cybersecurity best practices, monitor threats, and manage endpoint protection and vulnerability assessments.

• Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., HIB).

• Conduct security audits and enforce policies on user access, encryption, and authentication.

Documentation and Reporting

• Create and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.

 On Rotating Roster

• Provide standby support during off-office hours and weekend on a rotational basis.

 Ad-Hoc Assignments

• Carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or RO.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.

• With networking, system and security certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, Microsoft certified Azure Solutions Architect and/or Windows Server Administrator, CISSP, CISM and CompTIA Security.

• At least 5 years of experience providing systems, network and cybersecurity operational support.

• Must have hands-on experience with servers, network and security devices, firewall, switches, routers, load balancers and wireless solutions.

• Within experience in at least 5 of the below technologies:

  • Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  • Managing and maintaining Active Directory, including user and group management, Group Policy, and domain services.

  • Nutanix Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) or equivalent technologies, including deployment, configuration, and management of Nutanix clusters.

  • NAS systems such as Synology, including RAID configurations, storage pools, volume management, and monitoring storage health.

  • Deploying, configuring, and managing Backup & Replication solutions such as Veeam.  Experience with backup strategies, disaster recovery, and data restoration.

  • SQL Server backups technologies such as Redgate, including configuring backup schedules, performing restores, and ensuring data integrity.

  • Network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, including setting up and managing network and server monitoring, creating alerts, and troubleshooting performance issues.

  • Managing privileged accounts, including password rotation, session management, and auditing using PAM tools such as Password State and CyberArk.

  • Vulnerability scanning and assessment technologies such as Nessus and OpenVAS, including configuring scans, analysing results, and implementing remediation plans.

  • Microsoft Entra for identity and access management, including integration with Azure AD, managing user identities, and ensuring secure access to resources.

  • Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS and/or GCP.

You will be working closely with the Nurse/ Care Manager to provide safe, cost effective and quality nursing care to patients in accordance to policies and procedures, standards of nursing care, professional competencies and practices to achieve the desired patient outcomes. He/she should practice within enhanced levels of clinical competence and decision-making skills whilst being imbued with clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills that promotes safety of patient and the team members. He/she shall be a good team player, be analytical, insightful, and highly motivated.

• Implements patient care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary teams (MDT) and according to assessed needs and health condition(s).
• Facilitates admissions, transfers and discharges; ensures discharge planning is done timely upon patient’s admission and appropriate to condition.
• Follows up and evaluates patients’ progress according to planned care and readiness for discharge.
• Collaborates with the MDT to deliver evidence-based care to patients to achieve the desired care outcomes.
• Monitors patient for changes in condition, recognises early signs of clinical deterioration using appropriate physiological assessments and escalates as required to enable timely implementation of interventions.
• Participates and contributes actively in MDT’ rounds, executes physicians’ treatment and investigation orders promptly.

• Delivers patient and/or family education on disease progression, prevention and rehabilitation and assesses understanding of condition to enable participation in self-health care management.
• Assists department supervisors to minimise use of resources keeping expenses within approved budget.
• Reviews infection control practices, monitors compliance and identifies areas of improvement.
• Plans and implements in-services for nurses and students to extend skills and knowledge to maintain safe and quality nursing care.
• Supports new initiates, leads changes implemented by Nursing in collaboration with other stakeholders.
• Reviews clinical performance of new nurses and nursing students and provides constructive feedback and documentation to appropriate personnel.
• Acts as a competent clinical resource and supervises:

What you might need to have:

• Preferably an Advanced / Diploma in Nursing and/ or Bachelor in Nursing
• Valid practicing license with Singapore Nursing Board
• At least 2 years of experience as SSN I in a clinical setting
• Ability to exercise good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Possess good grasp of clinical workflow in Community Hospital and Long-Term Care settings.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Assessment & Care Planning
• Conduct comprehensive admission and periodic assessments using standardized tools (e.g., Modified FRAT, FAST).
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans via the Elder &Community Care suite.
• Perform critical reassessments following hospitalizations, falls, or significant absences.

Medication & Clinical Management
• Oversee medication management, including preparation, packing, and administration.
• Ensure strict adherence to the IDDSI framework for residents with swallowing difficulties (dysphagia).
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and maintain rigorous infection control standards.

Leadership & Supervision
• Supervise and train care staff in delegated nursing procedures, enteral feeding, and medication support.
• Liaise with the Centre Lead regarding nursing equipment and day-care operations.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident safety and well-being.

Coordination & Communication
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Maintain effective clinical communication with families regarding client conditions and care goals.
• Facilitate internal and external referrals to support holistic resident needs.

REQUIREMENTS

The Executive Assistant ensures the provision of administrative and clerical support for effective and efficient operations of the Psychosocial Services department.

• Collate and submit timely updates and reports to relevant committees, authorities or agencies.
• Responsible for all office systems, equipment, supplies and stationeries, including procurement, maintenance, repairs and stock level.
• Assist in coordinating and providing secretarial support for financial assistance/departmental/other meetings.
• Assisting to conduct means test reviews by making all necessary preparations to initiate and complete the exercise. This may include preparing all relevant data, documents, correspondence letter templates for vetting and mailing, monitoring deadlines, data-entry into the systems, checking, collating subsidy outcome for submission, etc.
• Coordinating residents’/patients’ applications for government payout.

Requirements:

• GCE “O” Levels and above

Home Care Nurse will be responsible for the provision and maintenance of quality and safe clinical services to home care clients.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of safe care and sound clinical decision making
• Assessing and documenting observations of clients condition at each visit
• Initiating/ reviewing nursing care plan based on assessment made
• Maintaining accurate nursing documentation
• Performing necessary nursing procedures such as wound dressing, urinary catheter insertion, nasogastric tube insertion, medication packing and etc.
• Conducting regular evaluation of care provided for home care services
• Provide caregiver training and education to client including families on home health care procedures and strategies
• Reporting of any problem incidents encountered in a client’s condition and/or in handling clients and/or caregiver to Nurse Lead
