Responsibilities

- Accurately record treatment details, client preferences, and notes to support personalized care
- Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate treatment recommendations
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimize client flow and service delivery
- Apply sales skills to inform clients about spa services and products that meet their wellness goals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment; entry-level candidates may be considered
