Job Summary
The Senior Global Events Executive leads strategic planning and execution of high-profile international events, managing logistics, budgets, and on-ground operations to uphold premium brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of diverse international events including expos, seminars, gala dinners, and networking events to achieve strategic business objectives
- Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to create detailed budget forecasts, track real-time expenses, and maintain accurate financial documentation for event projects
- Leverage a strong professional network within Asia to source and manage agencies, venues, AV teams, and talent, ensuring high-quality event delivery
- Oversee comprehensive event logistics and maintain organized, inventoried, and brand-compliant event materials such as banners and merchandise
- Direct on-ground event operations including setup, registration, booth management, and crowd flow to ensure seamless execution and positive attendee experience
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to manage production and timely delivery of digital assets and event collaterals supporting event goals
Required competencies and certifications
- Proven experience managing multiple high-priority event projects under tight deadlines to successful completion
- Proficiency in English communication to coordinate with diverse stakeholders and teams
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally to provide on-ground event support
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Events Management, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in event coordination or management with a focus on the global region
- Strong familiarity with expo management, gala planning, and financial/tech industry standards
- Advanced proficiency across Microsoft platforms, especially Excel for data management and financial modeling
- Additional language skills beyond English are a plus
