The Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Executive/ Associate to join our law firm here in Singapore. Duties of this role will involve dealing with Private Client matters and Corporate Commercial law.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Conducting legal research and preparing summaries and file notes
- Liaising with clients, trustees, and external parties as appropriate
- Assisting with matter management, filings, and administrative requirements
- Advisory work in Private Client and Corporate Commercial law matters
- Ensuring work is completed accurately and in accordance with professional standards
About You
- Diploma/Degree in Law or related discipline
- 0–2 years’ relevant experience in private client and, or corporate commercial law will be ideal.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and organisational ability
- Willingness to learn and develop within a specialist practice
