We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our team. If you think you are:
- good with administrative duties and following policies
- able to handle and prioritise work
- familiar with Finance processes and functions

Job Description:
- Process and maintain access rights for employees for email and shared documents
- Complete payslip rectification, generation and payroll submission to bank
- Verify and prepare expense payments/reimbursements on multiple systems
- Prepare monthly GIRO Collections
- Able to perform basic bookkeeping to maintain account books, and record revenue and expenditure
- Track and record incoming revenue, and issue receipts and Letters of Demand or Letters of Termination
- Able to understand Google scripting will be an advantage
