Key Responsibilities:

• Submit import or export permits via TradeNet
• Liaise with forwarders, airlines & couriers to ensure smooth and timely shipments
• Coordinate with internal teams for shipment arrangements
• Ensure compliance with trade regulations and documentation requirements
• Track shipments and resolve any issues or delays
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent
• Min 2 years of experience in air freight (import or export)
• Knowledge of air freight procedures, Incoterms & TradeNet
• Familiar with shipping documentation and compliance
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• DG handling experience is a plus

• Handle full set of accounts (AP/ AR/ GL)
• Ensure timely and accurate posting of accounting entries
• Prepare monthly financial reports (e.g. P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end closing
• Process payments (including TT) and follow up on outstanding balances
• Assist in stock reconciliation and highlight discrepancies

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts, including reviewing journal entries, preparing schedules, and performing accurate reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, supported, and compliant with internal policies.
• Handle day‑to‑day operational accounting tasks, ensuring proper accountability, documentation, and adherence to financial controls.
• Prepare weekly cash flow statements and submit monthly cash flow forecasts to corporate in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist in the enhancement, improvement, and implementation of accounting processes, strengthening internal controls and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and timely analysis to support management reporting and strategic decision‑making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial policies, audit requirements, and corporate governance frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience managing full sets of accounts, with strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
• Good understanding of compliance requirements, including internal controls, audit processes, and regulatory standards.
• Knowledge of transfer pricing, inventory management, and cash flow management.
• Independent, meticulous, and able to meet tight reporting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
