Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
• Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation in both physical and electronic formats.
• Handle, monitor and maintain an up-to-date register of company assets and equipment, including renewal, issuance, repair and maintenance, and disposals.
• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory and liaise with vendors for procurement.
• Support Human Resources activities, including staff attendance records, timesheet, leave administration, welfare, onboarding documentation and orientation.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records in the accounting system.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, delivery order, and receipts.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.

Skills, Experience Competencies Required

• Proven experience as an accounts assistant or relevant administrative position.
• Possess Diploma/Degree in relevant field of study.
• Preferably with 2 years’ relevant working experience in Singapore.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of Singapore labour laws will be an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office skills.
• Good team player with a good work attitude.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Source for projects on relevant tender platforms such as Gebiz, Sesami, Ariba & etc

• Handle the tendering such as measurement, sourcing quotation from suppliers and sub-contractor, quantities taking-off and collate price for comparison

• Study, understand & interpret the requirement for tender submission.

• Carry out the necessary preparation and arrangement for tender submission

• Prepare and call quotations, including analysing and evaluating for costing of tender

• Ensure completeness and timely submission of tender bid

• Evaluation of price comparison and monitor costing summary

• Assess and submit monthly progress claim, and recommend subcontractor’s monthly progress payment

• Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors' progress payments

• Assist and Advise Project Manager on project administration matters, cost impact for project and etc

• Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned

Skills, Experience Competencies Required

· Possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor/ Civil/ Building Engineering or relevant field of study

· Preferably with 2 years relevant working experience

· Detailed, with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadline

· Proficient in MS Office skills

Other Information

· 5 days workweek (Monday-Friday)
