Responsibilities:

• Design products/medical devices

• Handle/troubleshoot the industrial & mechanical designs of the project

• Streamlining the process of design concepts to manufacturing, production & assembly

• Organize projects and liaise with the internal R&D team

• Assist in engineering/manufacturing (Production/Assembly) to draw/ modify some parts drawing

• Follow up on customers’ feedback and request

• Follow up designs/projects accordingly

• Generate design documents, eg: technical drawings & design report

• Self-motivated in identifying, developing, and defining issues related to ID &MD

• Ad-hoc assignments will be assigned from time to time.

** Successful candidates will be provided on-the-job training

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Industrial/Product Design or Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, equivalent.

• Required Skill(s): 3D software (UG)

• Proficient with 2D Design Software (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent.

• Familiar with various manufacturing and prototyping processes is a plus.

• with Mechanical Knowledge is a plus.

• Good verbal & written communication skills.

• Understanding & knowledge of proper and required ISO documentation.

• Comfortable to work at East area, Changi South.

Working Hours: 08:30am - 06:00pm (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities:

• Oversees Material and Purchasing activities in Singapore.

• Planning and scheduling of material movement for manufacturing operation.

• Responsible for all direct purchase cost saving program.

• Responsible for negotiating, sourcing and handling all direct purchasing matters.

• Liaise with customers and internally to ensure customer requirements are well-communicated and on-time deliveries are met.

• Assist and ensure the subordinates doing their job correctly and effectively.

• Cost centre to monitor manufacturing activities and keep cost competitive.

• Other Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Material Management.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in storage and manufacturing.

• In-depth knowledge of inventory ERP structural and supply chain management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.

• Strong planning and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Comfortable to work at East area, Changi South.

Job Description

• Review, update and maintain Quality Management System procedures.

• Verify & ensure process documentation compliance; Work Instruction, Quality Inspection Plan, Date Sheet & Inspection Reports, etc.

• Lead & guide QC Inspectors in ensuring work compliance.

• Oversee in-process and outgoing quality inspections and work with internal team teams to resolve quality issues in daily manufacturing process.

• Responsive towards resolution of process non-conformance.

• Follow up customer complaints by communicating with internal teams for containment actions, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions.

• Managing documentation control system, as well as audits (Internal/external).

• Ensure Customer environmental survey and other relevant requests are completed in a timely and orderly manner.

• Support QA/QC activities, assisting in projects when required & providing additional support when necessary.

• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Quality Management/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering/Chemistry/ Chemical Engineering or equivalent.

• Min 1 year related working experience in manufacturing settings.

• Min 1 year of experience in Quality / Supplier Quality in a manufacturing environment working in a ISO regulated environment.

• Knowledge in ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

• Team player with good working attitude.

• Able to start work immediately.

• Comfortable to work at East area, Changi South.
