We are not looking for a traditional “assistant.”
We are looking for someone who can own problems, withstand pressure, and move things forward.
You will work directly with the CEO in a high-intensity environment —managing information flow, complex scheduling, last-minute changes, and cross-functional execution.
If you only “execute tasks,” this role is not for you.
We need someone who can think, prioritize, and drive outcomes.
What you’ll actually be doing
1. Manage time — not just calendars
- The CEO’s time is a scarce resource — your job is to optimize it, not fill it
- Know what to prioritize, what to block, and what to delay
- Multi-timezone scheduling is basic — judgment is the real skill
