JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review the Associated Part Processing Method (APPM) & Job Instruction Sheet (JIS) and ensure to meet the Engineering Print requirements
• Review the Tolerance Chart and ensure to meet the final requirements of the component upon stock removal.
• Review Inspection Plans, Inspection Gauges, Equipment, Methods & Techniques.
• Prepare & review First Article Inspection (FAI) Report Forms Ballooned E/P as per AS9102.
• Design the gauge, to meet the process requirement.
• Assist in ordering new Gauges.
• Preparing Document of FMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow Chart.
• Preparing PPAP.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma holder in Engineering
• Candidate with Quality Background in Precision Engineering
• Able to use all types of standard & specialize gauges (CMM) and good judgment when applying during inspection planning
• Tool and gauge planning
• Good knowledge in GD& T and interpretation
• Able interpret engineering print & the specifications
• Knowledge in gauge designing
• PPAP & FAI documentation
• Exposure to modeling & drafting in NX

Job Scope:

• Read and understand the Engineering and Stage drawings
• Understand all GD&T symbols to be able to read apply for CNC programming.
• Create the Offline CNC programs using UG NX 7.5/8.5/10 and above for Aerospace components
• Component prove out on Machining, Turning and Turn mill and 5 Axis centres
• Readout CNC codes including probing cycles for program creation
• Simulation using Vericut software and beginner level knowledge on Machine and Control building in Vericut
• Strong fundamental knowledge in Manufacturing Engineering
• Generate 3D models using NX

Job Requirements:
