Role Overview
We are building a corporate services firm in Singapore, focusing on company incorporation, compliance, and tax advisory for SME clients.
This role will play a key position in supporting backend operations, regulatory compliance, and the setup and ongoing requirements of a Corporate Service Provider (CSP) license.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, reliable, and able to independently manage client portfolios across corporate secretarial, accounting, and tax matters.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle company incorporation and ACRA-related filings
• Manage corporate secretarial matters, including annual returns, resolutions, and statutory compliance
• Prepare and submit GST returns (IRAS filing)
• Prepare and assist with corporate tax filing (Form C / Form C-S)
• Liaise with clients on accounting, compliance, and regulatory matters
• Ensure timely submission of statutory filings and maintain proper records
• Support internal compliance processes (KYC / AML / client due diligence)
• Assist in CSP license application and ongoing compliance requirements
• Work closely with the founder to execute client solutions and service delivery

Experience Requirement
• 3 – 6 years of relevant experience in:
• Corporate secretarial firm, accounting firm, or corporate services firm
• Hands-on experience in:
• Company incorporation (ACRA)
• Corporate secretarial work (annual returns, resolutions, compliance)
• GST submission (IRAS filing)
• Corporate tax filing (Form C / Form C-S)
• Familiar with Singapore compliance requirements and statutory deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple SME clients independently in a fast-paced environment

CSP & Compliance Exposure (Preferred)
• Prior experience in a CSP-licensed firm or familiarity with ACRA CSP requirements
• Exposure to AML/CFT compliance, KYC procedures, and client due diligence
• Experience in internal compliance processes or regulatory support will be an advantage

Qualifications
• ISCA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent professional qualification
• Strong understanding of Singapore corporate, tax, and compliance framework

Language Requirement
Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is required due to the business nature of the role. The candidate will need to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients on a regular basis, including handling inquiries, explaining corporate structures, compliance requirements, and tax-related matters.

Compensation
• Monthly salary: SGD 7,000 – 10,000 (commensurate with experience)
