Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions accurately to maintain financial records
• Perform bank reconciliations and post entries to the general ledger to ensure accurate accounting data
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing accruals and prepayments for timely financial reporting
• Prepare and process employee expense claims and reimbursements to support payroll and expense management
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation to comply with audit requirements
• Manage petty cash transactions and perform reconciliations to ensure cash accuracy
• Support preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to aid business planning
• Assist with tax-related matters by providing required documentation and schedules for compliance
• Prepare and process purchase orders as needed to support procurement activities
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to facilitate procurement and shipment processes
• Maintain procurement and import-related records and documentation to ensure traceability and compliance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
• Experience with accounting software
• Basic knowledge of procurement or import documentation

Finance Assistant is responsible for managing daily financial operations and provide support to our procurement process, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and shipment coordination.

Financial Operations:

• Process accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing & vendor payments.

• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger postings.

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including accruals and prepayments.

• Prepare and process expense reports and staff claims.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with local regulations.

• Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets and forecasts as required.

• Handle petty cash management.

Procurement & Import Support:

• Assist in generating and processing purchase orders for local and international goods and services.

• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders for import shipments, ensuring adherence to shipping schedules and import regulations.

• Prepare and review import documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, packing lists, customs declarations, Certificates of Origin) for accuracy and completeness.

• Track the status of all incoming and outgoing shipments and provide regular updates to relevant departments.

• Verify received goods against purchase orders, identify and resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with suppliers for returns or replacements.

• Maintain organized procurement and import records, including vendor agreements and shipping logs.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

• Proven experience in a finance or accounting role.

• Familiarity with basic procurement processes is a plus.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

We are looking for a meticulous HR Executive to support the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions for our growing operations.

Human Resources

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination and onboarding

• Process and maintain monthly payroll, CPF submissions, and statutory payments in compliance with MOM regulations

• Manage employee records, contracts, leave administration and benefits enrolment

• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations via MOM portal

• Support employee relations, handle grievances and ensure proper exit management

• Assist in performance appraisal processes and maintain training & development records

Administration

• Manage general office administration including procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination

• Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and digital) for HR and admin documentation

• Liaise with government agencies (MOM, CPF Board, IRAS) for HR-related matters

• Support management with ad-hoc reports, data analysis and any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR experience in Singapore, with solid knowledge of the Employment Act, MOM guidelines and CPF regulations

• Experience with Singapore work pass administration is essential

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and payroll/HRMS software

• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential information with integrity

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive, resourceful, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
