Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and work closely with Project Manager to oversee site matters and provide technical support such as interpret construction drawings
• Ensure all technical drawings conform to the latest BCA codes and regulations
• Supervise site progress and ensure timely delivery of contract works from subcontractors/suppliers
• Manage subcontractors/suppliers to perform their respective scope of works for smooth project execution
• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce in-house regulations
• Attend site meetings to assist the Project Manager with necessary preparatory works and coordination with consultants
• Liaise with relevant government agencies to obtain necessary site permits/clearances
• Any other ad-hoc duties as instructed by superiors

Job Qualifications / Requirements:

• Possess a recognised Degree or Diploma in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management and at least 6 years of relevant working experience of the building construction industry

or

• Degree in local universities in Architecture / Civil / Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Building Science, Building Management, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management
• Strong knowledge in use of Autocad, BIM software such as Revit and microsoft projects

Responsibilities:

· HR Management inclusive of : Record Keeping & Compliance, Recruitment Support, Foreign work pass application / renewals / cancellation support, Onboarding & Orientation, Payroll & Benefits Administration, HR Documentation, Training Coordination, HR Systems Entry & etc.

(Prefer to have basic knowledge of MOM)

· Support in managing the company’s insurance matters, including the renewal and upkeep of building, vehicle, and employee insurance policies.

· Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

· GCE 'O' Level, Diploma or equivalent in HR Management or related field.

· 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in the construction or similar industries

· Basic knowledge of labour laws and regulations in the Construction Sector is a plus.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is required.

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
