Job Responsibilities
Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, client requirements, and company safety standards.
Advise management, supervisors, and workers on Workplace Safety and Health matters and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Review and monitor Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, and other safety documentation.
Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe practices, and prepare investigation reports with recommendations.
Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and induction programmes for employees and subcontractors.
Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities on all WSH-related matters.
Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions arising from inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
Ensure workers comply with site safety rules, PPE requirements, and safe work practices.
Maintain WSH records, inspection reports, training records, and statutory documentation.
Represent the company during safety inspections, audits, and investigations conducted by clients or authorities.
Job Requirements
Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant WSH experience in construction, A&A, maintenance, or infrastructure projects.
Good communication and report writing skills.
Familiar with airside safety requirements, vehicle movement controls, and work permit processes within airport operational areas

Assist the WSH Officer and project team in implementing Workplace Safety and Health requirements on site.
Conduct daily site inspections and report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and non-compliances.
Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with site safety rules, permit requirements, and safe work procedures.
Assist in conducting toolbox meetings, safety briefings, and site inductions.
Maintain and update WSH records, inspection reports, training records, and safety documentation.
Follow up on corrective actions arising from inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
Assist in the implementation of Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all personnel on site.
Liaise with supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives on day-to-day safety matters.
Support the WSH Officer during safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
Assist in ensuring compliance with airport-specific safety, security, and operational requirements where applicable.
Perform any other WSH-related duties assigned by the WSH Officer or Project Manager.
Job Requirements
5.5 day work week
WSHC Level B / WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health

Advise company in all submission of fire safety documents to Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) for approval
Review and update Emergency Response Plan (ERP) as required by Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
Conduct relevant basic fire safety awareness training to employees and in-house fire fighting team.
Conduct monthly fire safety inspection for workplace.
Assist in the formation of Emergency Response Teams (ERT) and assist in training for the ERT members
Attend to annual fire certification by SCDF
Perform fire safety inspections within premises to prevent fire hazard are created and no violation of Fire Safety regulations
Ensure that all occupants are familiar with the means of escape located within the premises
Correspond with SCDF on all matters pertaining to fire safety within the premises
Conduct annual fire drill exercise for occupants of the premises
Conduct 1 Table-Top Exercises (TTX) within the premises each year
Ensure Maintenance works on the fire proetextion system are carried out accordingly to FSSD regulation by company contractor.
Promote fire safety awareness programme for occupants of the premises
Prepare annual report to FSSD on behalf of client.
Attend to agencies related to Fire Safety Matters e.g Insurance. (If required)
Prepare and implement the Arson Prevention Plan for the premise.
Requirement:
Registered Fire Safety Manager
At least 2 years experience in FSM
Able to make 2 visits per month (4 hrs each Visit)
