What You Will Do

• Spearhead Regional E-commerce: Take the wheel on expanding our digital footprint. You will set up, launch, and manage our brand presence on Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada across new Asian markets.

• Bridge the Online-to-Offline (O2O) Gap: Lead our physical retail expansion. You will scout locations, negotiate leases, and manage the rollout of retail presence in local Singapore malls and targeted overseas locations.

• Build the Cross-Border Engine: Identify and partner with reliable 3PLs and overseas warehouses to ensure our cross-border logistics, fulfillment, and supply chains run like clockwork.

• Drive Strategic Collaborations: Hunt for and secure impactful partnerships. You will collaborate with complementary brands, local distributors, and influencer/affiliate networks to amplify our reach in new markets.

• Campaign & Ecosystem Synergy: Work closely with the founders to integrate our expansion efforts with our existing marketing ecosystems, leveraging social commerce, mega-sale campaigns, and live-selling channels to maximize revenue.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in e-commerce operations, business development, or omnichannel retail. Experience with FMCG, beauty, or wellness consumer products is a massive plus.

• Platform Mastery: You know the backend of Shopify, Shopee, and Lazada like the back of your hand and know how to optimize listings and campaigns for different regional markets.

• Retail Hustle: You aren't afraid to hit the pavement to negotiate mall spaces, organize pop-ups, or set up physical brand touchpoints.

• Operational Mindset: You have practical experience solving cross-border logistics, warehousing, and inventory challenges.

• Startup DNA: You are highly adaptable, comfortable working directly with founders in a lean team, and capable of pivoting quickly to capture new growth opportunities.

I am a serial entrepreneur running multiple businesses, and I am looking for a highly meticulous, creative, and adaptable Personal Assistant to be my right hand. This is not a traditional desk job. You will be my shadow, helping me manage the chaos of running several companies while simultaneously capturing the behind-the-scenes reality of my day-to-day life for my personal and business branding.

If you are someone who gets deep satisfaction from organizing a messy calendar, sorting out finances, and running errands, but also loves holding a camera, framing a good shot, and piecing together engaging content, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do (The PA Side – 70%)

• Schedule & Time Management: Own my calendar. Brief me every morning on what the day looks like, where I need to be, and what I need to prepare.
• Business & Personal Admin: Handle general administrative tasks, basic accounting, expense tracking, and organizing financial documents across my different companies.
• Errands & Operations: Be ready to move. You will help run cross-business errands, coordinate logistics, and ensure my personal and professional life runs smoothly.
• Gatekeeping: Act as the first point of contact for inquiries, filtering out the noise so I can focus on high-level decisions.

What You’ll Do (The Content Side – 30%)

• Shadow & Shoot: Follow me to meetings, site visits, and daily activities to capture organic, behind-the-scenes video and photo content for my personal brand and business pages.
• Creative Input: Brainstorm content ideas, trending audio, or angles that align with my brand identity as an entrepreneur.
• Media Management: Organize and manage all digital assets, ensuring raw footage is properly backed up and categorized.
• Basic Editing (Bonus): Stitch together short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) natively or using apps like CapCut.

• Trustworthy & Discreet: You will be handling sensitive financial data and business operations, so absolute confidentiality is a must.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Prior experience working with business owners, founders, or creators.
• A portfolio or examples of social media content you’ve shot or edited.
