The core requirements of this senior role would encompass all aspects of the new business process including: RFI/RFP submissions, pitch presentation approach and deck content creation, pitch collateral, as well as transitioning new clients.

This role would also be responsible for leading the operational workings and fast moving nature of the pitch process including setting up timelines, communicating information to the pitch team, coordinating local markets and managing workflow.

This role must collaborate relentlessly across the Groupe’s agency networks in media, advertising, PR, CRM/ Loyalty, e-commerce, data and technology, across a multitude of verticals and across markets in the region to tell pitch winning stories and scale growth.

The ideal candidate will have the appetite to learn and collaborate with our team and be someone who is constantly pursuing new ideas in and looking for ways to grow, experiment and create work that stands out. This person needs to be an effective and efficient project manager and be able to coordinate across multiple markets. They must be able to demonstrate the ability to juggle several live projects at any one time; capable of working to tight deadlines; not afraid to work late on projects when required, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Additionally, strategic and fundamental communications planning skills are necessary to be able to lead pitch proposal strategic content development.

As Creative Technologist, you will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams including creative, technology, production, experience, design, strategy and client services to conceptualize and deliver world-class marketing campaigns and product experiences for our clients.

Your role is mostly hands-on, with a focus on conceptualizing, ideating, prototyping, designing and building tech-based creative solutions in close collaboration with creatives, technologists and other disciplines. You will be working on projects on a local but also regional scale where there are larger opportunities requiring your skills across Publicis Groupe agencies.

You are ultimately a creative person, but engineering is one of your core abilities. You should have experience or at least a great understanding of a wide array of technologies. A solid appreciation of digital craft and interaction design is also expected.

• 12+ Years of proven career experience in creative technology-related roles

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge, if not hands-on experience, of emerging creative tools, AI-based creative solutions (LLMs, image/video models)and vibe coding philosophy.
• Knowledge of web development and understanding of development for other platforms and systems (e.g. native mobile, hardware, game engines etc)
• Knowledge, if not hands-on experience with traditional design & creative tools such as Figma, Cinema 4D or After Effects.

Optional Skills

• Basic DevOps skills (AWS, GCloud, Aliyun, Azure)
