Job Overview

We are looking for a Pre-Sales & Technical Executive to support both sales and technical functions in delivering smart home and security solutions. This role involves customer engagement, solution design, and project support.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement

• Support sales team in pre-sales activities, including site surveys, technical consultations, and solution presentations

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable smart home and security solutions

• Prepare technical proposals, system layouts, and documentation

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical briefings

Solution Design & Technical Support

• Design and configure systems such as CCTV, access control, intercom, alarm, and home automation

• Provide technical input for system architecture and equipment selection

• Support system testing, commissioning, and handover

Project & Installation Support

• Work closely with project and installation teams to ensure smooth implementation

• Provide technical guidance during installation and troubleshooting

• Assist in system integration, testing, and user training

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Engineering, or related field

• At least Diploma in Mechanic Engineering
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.

• Experience in smart home, CCTV, access control, intercom, or security systems preferred

• Basic knowledge of networking, IP systems, and system integration

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Able to support both technical and sales functions

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

JD:

- 3D Modelling for new house / building
- oversees project progress and complete within timeline
- coordinate with suppliers / subcon
- troubleshoot & resolve on-site technical issues
- technical support to clients
- assist and prepare technical documentation, drawing, electrical plan and reports.

- sketchup / autocad software

Requirements:

- Fresh graduate with knowledge in use sketchup / autocad software are welcome

- able to communicate in Chinese and English

- 5 days workweek / 9-6pm
