Job Summary
Lead project coordination and supervision of architectural works by managing specifications, drawings, materials, scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor collaboration to ensure quality, safety compliance, and timely project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Review, prepare, and resolve project specifications and technical issues through collaboration with clients, consultants, project teams, and subcontractors
- Coordinate architectural drawings by preparing, submitting, and updating shop drawings to support project progress
- Manage material requisition, schedule work activities, control project costs, and supervise site operations to ensure smooth and timely progress
- Enforce quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout project execution
- Supervise on-site activities and coordinate effectively with subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve issues
Required competencies and certifications
- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supervising architectural works

- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels and foster teamwork
