Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery, electrical panels, and automation systems according to maintenance schedules.

• Support immediate troubleshooting and breakdown recovery to minimise downtime and achieve production out

put targets.

• Analyse root causes of machine issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Carry out periodic preventive maintenance activities, including system backups, vision system checks, and equipment inspections.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, ISO requirements, QAQC procedures, and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and baked goods

• Develop, standardize, and maintain recipes to ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation.

• Monitor dough preparation, proofing, baking temperatures, and product quality to ensure compliance with company standards.

• Manage inventory of bakery ingredients and supplies, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation to minimize wastage.

• Ensure compliance with Singapore food safety regulations, hygiene requirements, and company policies.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of bakery equipment, workstations, storage areas, and production facilities.

• Ensure all bakery equipment is properly maintained and report repair or maintenance requirements when necessary.

• Perform any other bakery and kitchen-related duties assigned by management.

Skills & Requirements:

• At least 4 years of baking experience

• Experience in commercial bakery operations.

• Able to commit for weekends and public holiday when required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Good inventory and production management skills.

- Responsible for supervising shop's daily operation and ensuring the performance of cleaning programs and activities is fully implemented and measured

- Manage procurement of goods

- Ensure smooth operation

- Able to standby and perform subordinate's task in the event where they are absent for work

- Must be able to work weekend and public holiday shift

- Must be able to OT and work night shifts

- Resilient and able to perform under pressure

- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
