• Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation, according to the Project Management Plan.

• Use BIM (Building Information Modelling) to perform drawing and design work
• Coordinate and liaise with project and construction team on submissions, updates or changes, and checking for clashes with other trades

The Site Admin provides administrative support for daily site operations and ensures timely reporting and coordination with HQ. Key responsibilities include:

• Answer telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors.
• Collect and verify workers' job cards twice monthly for submission to HQ
• Submit daily staff attendance and manpower report to HQ.
• Monitor daily attendance and leave record for Staffs and Workers.
• Update and submit CTQ nominal roll for worker check-in/out.
• Order materials, follow up on deliveries and update site team.
• Collect, sign, scan DOs/invoices weekly and send original copies to HQ.
• Submit daily diesel usage to purchaser.
