·       Equipment trouble-shooting, root cause analysis, reviewand propose solutions

·       Reports to PMO for any work issues and non-compliances

·      Conduct Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Integrated System Test (IST), Testing and Commissioning (T&C), User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

·       Support Project Team on any technical issues related to Testing Procedures

·       Work closely with Engineering Team and understand the Design

·      Good knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

Provides administrative support to project team,including project preliminaries, site setup, scheduling meetings, maintainingproject documentation via digital platforms, project progress claim etc.

·       Overseethe creation and maintenance of project documentation, including plans,schedules, reports in SharePoint. Ensure compliance and document managementaccording to retention policies.

·       AssistAsst. Admin Manager/ Admin Manager to organize Weekly Project OperationMeeting, ensure effective communication and reporting.

·       Liaisewith vendors and suppliers for project-related services and supplies. Negotiateterms and conditions to ensure cost effectiveness and timely service. Evaluatevendor performance and address issues as needed.

·       Activelyparticipate in digitalization project as project members to contribute to theoverall success of company transformation.

·       Participatein ISO related activities as Steering Committee and Internal Auditor to ensureefficiency and effectiveness of the management systems.

Provide ad-hoc supports to Division

• Assist Assistant Manager to manage day to day FM operations of accounts

• Ensure fulfilment of scheduled commitments for FM teams

• Ensure good planning and execution of service schedules

• Assist in training staff members on proper work processes, operating procedures, equipment servicing, etc., and manage FM engineers’ technical competencies

• Manage Staff deployment and attendance administration

• Motivate site staff and ensure safe & conducive work environment

Leadership:

• Leading the Critical Infrastructure operations team in overseeing all facilities management, including all disciplines involved.
• Answering customer questions from technical and operational perspectives, when needed
• Act as an internal client of the project team, revise and supervise the design and construction from an operability and compliance perspective to ensure design and facility meets the operational and client needs.
• Provide leadership and development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Business Development:

• Act as the Change Advisory Board (CAB)to ensure that the highly critical works are being reviewed to reduce risk to client’s and stakeholders
• Approval of Asset Management, Risk Management, Incident Management, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Incident and Analytical Reports
• Develop and implement comprehensive Data Centre management practices and compliance protocols that ensure high reliability and efficiency, to meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies for operational procedures and disaster response tactics as an organization
• Ensure client’s sustainability targets are met, and Data centres’, ISO and other certificates are obtained and sustained, from the POV of the client’s or End User
• Review and approve of Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Method of Procedures (MOP) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP), Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Change Management Plan(CMP) for operation functionality and to ensure standardisation between other APAC subsidiaries
• Introduction of new opportunities to grow the company profile.
• Oversee vendor and contract or relationships, ensuring that all service agreements and expectations are met or exceeded.
• Set 3-5 years strategy, road map and/or market entry
• Govern portfolio performance (up time availability)

Financial Stewardship:

• Develop and control the operational budget, including forecasts and cost optimizations.

1U/2D(1-Up/2-Down):

• Ensure that the team is aligned from top down
• Ensure KPI is established
• Ensure that the coverage of 1U/2D is met with no gaps

• Directly support the following roles Senior Manager /Manager (one-step down) / Assistant Manager during their term of absence

·       Technical Lead: Assist to lead User / Client meetings acting as technical lead for Design / Build Team as required. (Electrical Discipline as priority).

·       Technically sound in designing for Local & International projects with standards, environmental codes, building codes and safety standards.

·       Ability to convey and coordinate complex technical issues to senior managers, Cost Manager, and Procurement Managers.

·       Team Development: Support M&E Manager to plan internal training to the Electrical Engineers

o    Train for pre-sales engagement and ensure knowledge transfer of design methodology, cost modelling, etc. to employees.

o    Plan and arrange regular courses and seminars for the team.

·       Knowledge Sharing: Organize regular inter team briefings and knowledge sharing sessions.

o    Conduct Lessons Learnt sessions for each project stage completion.

o    (Design – Build – Operate) and share the End-user / DC Operator’s feedback.

·       Resource Management: Design & manage each phase of the project from design to completion and ensure efficient use of resources and enhance cost-effectiveness.

·       International Exposure: Supporting new business ventures overseas with the proactive approach to understand the country specific needs and standards.

 ·       Procurement Management: Generate Risk analysis report by checking the submitted risk analysis by the team for its consistency between tender and quotation specification.

·       Construction Administration: Project Management & Schedule Management with MS Project / Primavera P6

o    Project Management for new construction and D&B project in design phase working directly with clients, consultants, statutory authorities, and contractors.

o    Review of construction material / shop drawing / MoS

o    Shop drawing coordination with sub-con/vendor & other stakeholders.

o    Periodical inspection (internal check for quality improvement)

o    Ensure site installation works are according to project plans / designs / time frame.

·       Testing & Commissioning Administration:

o    T&C consultation for FAT, SAT, and IST with Technical & Q&C department

o    Review and Manage End-User requirements and Tagging systems.

·       BIM Management: Handover submission arrangement with drafter team and project team (As built BIM Packages)

o    Required to be an expert for working in Cloud, Design Collaboration and Model coordination and QA/QC own work.

o    AutoCAD & Revit management experience with Cloud Work-sharing (ACC).

o    Review and confirm the Construction handover is in accordance with the project’s BEP.

·       Depending on project need, this position may be located On-Site or Off-Site and requires frequent travel to the project site.
