We are a specialist gastroenterology clinic seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Clinic Assistant to join our team at Farrer Park Medical Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline patient service, including registration and appointment scheduling
- Manage patient enquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication
- Coordinate clinic appointments, procedures, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and insurance claims processing
- Support daily clinic operations and administrative duties
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage due to patient demographics
- Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred
