This is a hands-on role. You’ll work closely with the founders across:
Content & Social Media
- Plan and build the launch marketing calendar
- Develop content ideas aligned with brand direction (education, performance, lifestyle)
- Write captions, hooks, and content angles
Content Creation
- Capture photos and videos (events, workouts, product moments)
- Create Reels, TikToks, and static posts
- Edit content (mobile-first is fine, but good taste matters more than tools)
On-ground Execution
- Support shoots (fitness events, athlete sessions, product shoots)
- Help coordinate content during launch phase
- Be present where the brand is being built (this is not a purely desk role)
Marketing & Growth
- Research trends, formats, and competitor content
- Support influencer outreach and collaborations
- Bring ideas — we value initiative over instructions
Tools & Skills
- Canva
- Adobe Photoshop (or similar design tools)
- CapCut / video editing apps
- Basic understanding of Instagram & TikTok content formats
