Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Driver & Warehouse Assistant to support our daily delivery operations. This role primarily focuses on delivery and logistics support, with additional assistance in general operational and facility-related tasks. This position is important in ensuring timely deliveries and smooth day-to-day operations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily delivery and collection of goods to customers and suppliers
• Ensure safe loading, unloading, and handling of items
• Assist in route planning and delivery scheduling when required
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of items

Logistics Support

• Assist in warehouse operations such as receiving and dispatching goods
• Support packing and preparation of deliveries
• Assist in stock movement and basic inventory handling

Facilities & General Support

• Assist with basic maintenance tasks (e.g. minor repairs, facility upkeep)
• Support ad-hoc operational needs such as internal moves or urgent errands
• Coordinate and support other departments when necessary

Requirements

• Valid Class 3 driving license (Singapore)
• Comfortable with physical work (loading/unloading items)
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious
• Able to work independently and handle ad-hoc tasks
• Basic handyman or technical experience is an advantage
• Prior experience as a delivery driver, warehouse assistant, or technician preferred

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Project Engineer to support the execution of engineering projects within semiconductor manufacturing and industrial environments. This role involves working across multiple systems, including gas distribution, mechanical installations, electrical and control systems, as well as facility hook-up works.

You will play a key role in coordinating site activities, ensuring smooth project delivery, and supporting technical and operational requirements from planning through to completion.

Job Description

• Assist in managing project execution from initial planning to site completion and final handover
• Coordinate installation and hook-up works across mechanical, electrical, control, and process systems
• Monitor site progress to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare documentation and project deliverables
• Act as a point of contact for customers on project-related matters, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up
• Prepare technical reports and documentation, including basic engineering sketches where required
• Liaise with subcontractors and supervise on-site activities to ensure work is executed according to specifications
• Utilize tools such as AutoCAD to support layout planning and technical coordination
• Provide regular project updates, highlight risks, and escalate issues when necessary
• Troubleshoot site issues and support continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline
• Exposure or interest in semiconductor, cleanroom, or industrial project environments
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in managing onsite projects
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
• Candidates with CSOC and WAH certificates will be an added advantage
• Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently on-site
• Willingness to travel or be deployed to project sites as required
