We are main contractor in Construction, focus to build the landed premises.We are looking a post of Account Clerk:-
Scope of Work
• In-charge full set a/c & key in data entry for AR,AP & GL) & prepare the journal entry for discrepancies issue.
• In-charge Worker’ inventory such keeping worker data, salaries, Bonus, Leave and Dormitory’s matter.
• Performing basic office tasks including answering phones, responding to emails.
• GST submission. Liaise with external parties, tax authorities on all corporate and accounting matters and submissions.
• Raise tax invoice, official receipt to client.
Requirement
· Speak:English & Mandarin
· Written:English & Mandarin
· Fresh/one year experience in accounting/booking
* Diploma In Accounting
* Proficiency In Microsoft Excel, Word, E.M.A.S Accounting Software System
* Working Day (Monday -Friday)
* Working Hour (9.30am - 6.30pm)
· Salary$3600 - $3,800 (Negotiable depend on experience)
