Role Overview
The general cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of assigned areas, including offices, common areas, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Clean and disinfect toilets, surfaces, and common areas
- Dispose of trash and maintain waste collection points
- Replenish supplies (e.g. toilet paper, soap)
- Clean windows, furniture, and fixtures
- Report damages or maintenance issues to supervisor
- Follow safety and hygiene guidelines
Requirements
- No formal education required (basic training provided)
- Prior cleaning experience is an advantage but not mandatory
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
- Responsible and punctual
- Work location at Jurong
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required
