Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Engineer, Assembly to support research and development activities in Photonics IC Packaging. The role involves machine setup, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvement for advanced photonics packaging applications. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient assembly operations, quality performance, and continuous process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform machine setup, calibration, testing, and mechanical assembly of active devices onto interposers.
• Conduct testing on assembled devices and generate detailed test reports and summaries.
• Troubleshoot assembly-related issues and document findings for failure analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage incoming materials and ensure readiness for assembly operations.
• Analyze packaging process performance, including yield, manufacturing cost, process specifications, and cycle time.
• Support the planning and execution of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
• Maintain proper documentation of assembly procedures, testing results, and engineering activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Hands-on experience with die-assembly tools, flip-chip bonders, and wire bonders is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with CAD drawing tools is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of semiconductor wafer packaging and photonics packaging processes is a plus.

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced professional to design, implement, and oversee our cybersecurity program across hybrid (cloud and on‑premises) environments in a semiconductor manufacturing facility. The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft security (MDE, MDM), SOC operations, SOX IT compliance, and Singapore regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern security controls across hybrid environments, including Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS, on-premises infrastructure, and manufacturing OT networks.
• Oversee Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), Intune/MDM, and endpoint protection programs to ensure secure device management, threat detection, and compliance across corporate, contractor, and BYOD devices.
• Lead SOC monitoring, SIEM/SOAR operations, threat intelligence integration, incident response, threat hunting, and continuous improvement of detection and response capabilities.
• Establish and maintain IT General Controls (ITGCs), manage audit preparation and remediation activities and ensure ongoing compliance through continuous monitoring and reporting.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and risk management frameworks aligned with PDPA, Singapore Cybersecurity Act, CSA guidelines, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Engineering, OT, and Supply Chain teams to protect semiconductor manufacturing systems, intellectual property, EDA tools, MES platforms, and vendor remote access channels while maintaining operational uptime.
• Lead security initiatives, vendor risk management, executive reporting, security awareness programs, and strategic roadmap development to strengthen the organization's overall cybersecurity posture.

Qualifications &Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 7 years of cybersecurity experience, including 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven hands-on experience securing hybrid cloud and on-premises environments, with strong knowledge of Microsoft security technologies including Defender for Endpoint, Intune, Microsoft Sentinel, Entra ID, and Purview.
• Demonstrated experience leading or managing SOC operations, SIEM/SOAR platforms, threat hunting programs, incident response, and cybersecurity monitoring functions.
• Strong understanding of SOX ITGC requirements, audit processes, risk management, and Singapore cybersecurity and data protection regulations, including PDPA and the Cybersecurity Act.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Microsoft Security certifications, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor preferred, with excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive reporting capabilities

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.

• Experience in payroll processing and Singapore HR practices (CPF, tax, MOM work pass).
• Experience in the semiconductor, engineering, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with BIPO or Timesoft HRIS is an advantage.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Engineer, Mechanical (Drafting Focus) to produce accurate, high-quality 2D and 3D technical drawings that clearly reflect engineering intent. This role is dedicated to drafting, documentation, and drawing management to support manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Create and maintain accurate 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Inventor.
• Translate engineering concepts, sketches, and design inputs into complete, manufacturable drawings.
• Apply proper dimensioning, GD&T, materials, surface finishes, and technical notes in accordance with ASME/ISO standards.
• Revise and update drawings based on design changes, engineering feedback, and project requirements.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company drafting standards, engineering codes, and documentation procedures.
• Manage drawing files, revisions, and version control using PDM/PLM systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to resolve drawing-related issues and support manufacturability.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent relevant technical experience).
• 5+ years of expertise in designing small components, demonstrating strong attention to detail and engineering excellence
• Strong proficiency in CAD software with solid knowledge of GD&T, drafting standards (ASME Y14.5), and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to interpret engineering requirements and convert them into complete drawings.
• Knowledge of machining, sheet metal, welding, and fabrication drawings.
• Familiarity with optoelectronic components.
