Job Description:

Quantity surveying duties and responsibilities such as pre and post contract document study and review. Quantities taking-off, cost control, generate quotation for variation orders. Cost finalization and tender administrative duties and Material Inquiries & procurement.

· Prepare manpower resources, material, equipment schedule & cost analysis.

· Assist in reviewing sub-contractors, vendors and supplier’s contractual obligations.

· Provide AutoCAD, BIM support in the form of sketches, shopdrawings or construction drawings.

· Any other admin jobs and duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

· Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.

· Fresh Grad are welcome
