Due to current demand, PM Group is currently looking to expand the CQV team.

Your day to day role would involve the following activities:

• Planning, Performance, and Coordination of Computer System Validation, Equipment Qualification, Temperature Controlled Objects (Freezers, Incubator etc), Clean Utilities Validation and cleaning validation in accordance with internal procedures and industry standards.
• The qualification includes, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ of any additional / modifications of existing manufacturing process equipment, package units (e.g. Ultrafiltration Unit, Chromatography Columns, autoclave, FIT testers), commercial off the shelves (COTS) analytical instruments, freezers,
• Experience to creates, reviews and approve equipment qualification and analytical instruments lifecycle documentations, e.g. FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ protocols and reports, risk assessments, technical specifications.
• Can lead investigation revolving around discrepancies identified during qualification activities.

• Experience in coordinating the commissioning and qualification activities (including the creation, pre-execution approval, execution, post-execution review, and post-execution approval of all validation lifecycle documents)
• Experience in leading daily validation meetings with cross functional in resolving validation issues.

We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join the PM Group team. For this role, we need someone who has the capability to drive the project to completion within the time and cost control requirements. This will require a candidate with considerable experience i.e. who has managed large-scale greenfield projects from inception to completion.

PM Group has an immediate requirement for a Project Manager with field experience in delivering medium to large capital projects in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project management to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.
• Planning, organizing, coordinating and communicating aspects of project work activities on site from conception to completion.
• Responsible for ensuring all activities on the project are executed in accordance with contract documents, in compliance with system plans, and work procedures for the Project
• Coordination / schedule meetings on the daily progress of works on site.
• Primary contact throughout the project
• Responsible for ensuring that the project stays on schedule, meets safety objectives, and the design will result in a cost-effective facility.
• Evaluate proposals submitted by vendors for the package; followed by tender interviews/clarifications and evaluate re-submissions by vendors.

• Prevent compliance issues by collaborating with CSA/MEP Project Manager and other project teams; reviewing design data; identifying and resolving engineering design issues; identifying short-term and long-range issues; researching and identifying applicable regulatory and industry compliance standards and codes; developing compliance policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 12 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry is essential.
• Proven track record coordinating multi-disciplinary consultant teams
• Thorough understanding of engineering principles, concepts, industry practices and standards

As a MEP Engineer, your day to day role would involve, but would not be limited to the following activities:

• Ownership of equipment modules and packages through design and procurement phases
• Generation of Data Sheets, Material Requisitions & Enquiry Packages for procurement of equipment
• Generation of Technical Bid Tab Evaluation of vendors in compliance with Client specifications
• Developing Technical Specifications in compliance with Client requirements

PM Group Singapore is looking for an Architectural Design Manager who has a strong understanding of the technical aspects of architecture within the Life Sciences industry, and the ability to successfully handle multiple real-time complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Take design brief and develop concepts and design intent
• Develop appropriate design solutions in close consultation with the Lead Architect
• Prepare and coordinate project information and its timely issue to the Client, Contractor and the project team
• Coordinate the activities of the design team

We are currently looking for an Electrical Design Engineer who can provide support for multiple projects in Singapore.

Your day-to-day role would involve the following activities:

• Design / Engineering Electrical Systems including High, Medium and Low voltage system, IT system and Designing Fire Alarm, Access Control
• Perform electrical services design input including Lighting & Emergency lighting, Power Distribution, 11kV Medium Voltage, LV Panel, Fire Alarm, Earthing, Security, CCTV and Cable Containment design
• Provide comprehensive scope of works, specifications, calculations and basis of design documentation for projects
• Analysis and assessment of design work (including load flow analysis).
