Scope &Responsibilities

Project Delivery &Coordination

• Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of customer projects from initiation through go‑live and handover
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones
• Coordinate activities across internal engineering teams
• Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution

Customer Requirement Management

• Engage enterprise customers to understand business processes and technical requirements
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical and functional specifications
• Manage requirement changes and align expectations with customers and internal stakeholders

Technical Implementation

• Oversee system configuration, integration, deployment, and commissioning activities
• Support solution design reviews to ensure feasibility, performance, scalability, and security
• Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and deployment phases

Quality Assurance &Testing

• Define test scope, test plans, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering teams
• Coordinate and/or perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Ensure deliverables meet internal quality standards and customer expectations prior to go‑live

Commissioning & Go‑Live Support

• Lead go‑live readiness activities and commissioning checklists
• Provide hands‑on support during production rollout
• Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operational support

Post‑Implementation Support

• Provide post‑deployment technical support and issue resolution for assigned customers
• Work with internal teams to conduct root cause analysis and implement long‑term fixes
• Support continuous improvement by feeding customer insights back to product and engineering teams

Stakeholder Communication& Reporting

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during project execution
• Provide regular status updates, documentation, and reports to stakeholders
• Clearly communicate technical concepts, risks, and progress to both technical and non‑technical

Job Requirements

• Degree in the field of Computer Science or related study.
• 2-3 years direct work experience in a project management capacity for software development.
• PMP/Scrum Master certification will be an added advantage.
• Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Microsoft Project.
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident

• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
