Key Responsibilities

• Office & Database Management: Maintain accurate digital/physical records, organize documents, and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, mails, couriers). 
• Scheduling & Coordination: Manage work calendars, arrange meetings, coordinate conference calls, and organize special events or workshops. 
• Finance & Accounting Support: Track account balances, process vendor payments, manage petty cash, and handle expense claims. 
• Front Desk Operations: Welcome guests, answer phone calls, handle customer queries, and direct them to the appropriate department. 
• Procurement: Monitor and replenish office supplies, equipment, and stationery.

• Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, deploying, and monitoring digital, print, and social media campaigns.
• Data Analysis: Collect consumer behavior data, track campaign metrics, and generate performance reports to calculate ROI.
• Content Creation: Write, edit, and schedule engaging content for blogs, social channels, and email newsletters.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends, track competitor activities, and identify target demographics.
• Event Coordination: Help plan and organize marketing events, product launches, or webinars.
• Administrative Support: Manage marketing collateral databases, coordinate team meetings, and communicate with external vendors.
