Position Overview:

The Store Assistant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including supporting inventory, maintaining stock levels, support projects preparation and ensuring the warehouse runs efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills to ensure smooth operations and support our overall business goals.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Inventory Support:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and organization of broadcast equipment and materials, maintaining outstanding store condition and merchandising standards.
• Support inventory process to ensure stock is always available when needed.
• Coordinate with Operations team to reorder items as necessary.
• Work closely with Engineering, equipment allocation and Logistic team to document and implement proper inventory tracking procedures and optimize inventory accuracy.
• Support purchase requisitions for the regular consumables in Warehouse and for projects and make sure optimal quantity is ordered. Notify Engineering Team on expected delivery timelines

Operations Oversight:

• Ensure the smooth flow of equipment from receiving to dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with organization policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Monitor and report on operational metrics.
• Assist with loading/unloading, sorting, and preparing equipment for distribution or return.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Ensure all Warehouse (i.e. forklift, stackers) equipment is functioning right, stored properly and is in safe position.
• Assist Engineers with routine checks and minor maintenance of broadcast equipment as required.
• Administer and identify any missing (if any) inventory or equipment(s) that is broken, requires repair and investigate and record reasons and report to the GM and Management.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
• Assist operations in preparing regular reports for senior management on stock levels, equipment movements, and operational performance.
• Audit internal locations and reconcile regularly home locations in the database, inspect discrepancies, and coordinate with Engineering Manager to rectify these.

Qualification / Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse, operations, or inventory control.
• Experience in the broadcast or media industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and general warehouse operations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or overtime if needed.

Role Overview

The Crew Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all crew-related aspects of broadcast, sports, and live event productions. This role ensures that the right personnel are sourced, scheduled, and deployed efficiently to deliver high-quality productions on time and within budget. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and has strong operational, logistical, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Crew Planning & Scheduling

• Source, hire, and manage freelance and full-time production crew (e.g., camera operators, audio engineers, lighting technicians, stage managers, riggers).

• Develop and maintain detailed crew schedules for broadcasts, sports events, and live productions.

• Ensure appropriate crew coverage across pre-production, live execution, and post-production phases.

Production Operations

• Collaborate with producers, directors, and technical teams to understand crew requirements and production needs.

• Oversee crew deployment onsite and ensure all roles are filled and functioning efficiently.

• Manage call sheets, crew briefings, and daily run-of-show logistics.

Vendor & Talent Coordination

• Liaise with external vendors, staffing agencies, and technical suppliers.

• Maintain a strong network of reliable freelance crew and specialists.

• Negotiate rates and manage crew contracts and agreements.

Budget & Cost Control

• Develop and manage crew budgets, ensuring cost efficiency without compromising quality.

• Track crew-related expenses, including overtime, travel, accommodation, and per diems.

• Approve timesheets and ensure accurate payroll processing.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all crew adhere to safety regulations and production protocols.

• Manage risk assessments and ensure compliance with local labor laws and union requirements (if applicable).

• Maintain proper documentation, certifications, and insurance coverage where required.

Onsite Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for crew during live events and broadcasts.

• Troubleshoot staffing issues, last-minute changes, and emergencies in real time.

Requirements

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in production management, crew coordination, or line production in broadcast, sports, or live events.

• Proven track record managing large-scale live productions or sports broadcasts.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations.

• Deep understanding of production workflows and crew roles.

• Proficiency in scheduling and production management tools.

Technical Knowledge

• Familiarity with broadcast equipment, live production setups, and technical crew functions.

• Understanding of OB (Outside Broadcast) operations is highly advantageous.
