Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Manager/Admin Executive to manage daily law firm operations, support the bookkeeper and assist the legal team with file management.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of the law firm
- Collaborate with the bookkeeper to process and maintain accurate financial records
- Provide timely and organized support to legal staff for file preparation and management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles applied in bookkeeping tasks
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a law firm environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and most importantly having a good sense of humour in the workplace
