Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales with key retail partners and resellers
• Drive sell-through in major retail channels and electrical stores
• Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution
• Plan and execute promotions, product launches, and retail campaigns
• Ensure strong in-store visibility, merchandising, and product displays
• Track sales performance and provide insights on market trends and competitors

• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to deliver successful campaigns

Requirements:

• Minimum diploma and above educational level.

• Strong passion for sales and business development

• Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Experience working with retailers or channel partners
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
• Able to manage multiple retail accounts and priorities

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Ceiling Fan & Lighting Technician to support installation, servicing, and maintenance of ceiling fans, lighting systems, and related electrical products. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in electrical work and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain ceiling fans, lighting fixtures, and electrical systems
• Perform troubleshooting and repair works for faulty fans, lights, and wiring
• Ensure all installations comply with Singapore electrical safety standards
• Conduct on-site assessments and recommend suitable solutions to customers
• Handle wiring, connections, and electrical configurations safely and efficiently
• Support product testing, demonstration, and technical setup when required
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for project execution
• Maintain tools, equipment, and proper documentation of service work

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in electrical, fan, or lighting installation
• NITEC / Higher NITEC in Electrical or related field, or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
• Hands-on experience with ceiling fans and lighting products preferred
• Possess relevant certifications (e.g., electrical license or NTC in Electrical Engineering is an advantage)
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights (ladder work)
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Experience working with residential will be advantageous
