Job Description: 

We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Lead for Uniform Division. 

Key Scope

Analyse sales trends and support forecasting sales.

Manage uniform ordering and site planning for sales of uniform.

Ensure accuracy in SKU, sizing, pricing.

Liaise with Suppliers and Factories

Support Tender submissions 

Identify opportunities to improve sales and profitability

Coordination with external and internal customers 

Travel oversea occasionally 

Work Arrangement:

Mainly office-based ( Daily Reporting to Office)

Occasional school visits for meeting and sample submission for tenders. 

Knowledge on fabric or school uniform or working experience in the related field will be an advantage.

Proficient in Computer applications for reporting purposes.

- Understand customer needs thoroughly to provide accurate information, tailored suggestions, and solutions that enhance their overall experience.
- Perform key administrative tasks including managing our e-commerce portal, data entry, document processing, and meticulous record-keeping.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments to ensure smooth end-to-end customer service operations.
- Provide basic IT support and assistance to internal stakeholders, acting as a first point of contact for internal queries.

Requirements:

- Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- MUST have prior customer service experience.
- A self-starter who is eager to learn, can work independently, and thrives under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly.
- A positive "can-do" attitude and a genuine team player who collaborates to achieve common goals.
