Job Summary
This role partners with international business leaders to lead recruitment and people management initiatives across multiple jurisdictions, enabling effective HR practices while navigating diverse regulatory and cultural environments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to guide people-related decisions that align with business objectives
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across key markets including Hong Kong, Singapore, United States, United Kingdom, and the Netherlands to attract top talent
- Support performance management by coaching managers on goal setting, delivering feedback, and facilitating performance discussions
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employee relations, providing guidance on policy application and compliance with local employment regulations
- Provide regional insights to align global HR frameworks with local regulatory requirements and cultural contexts
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to facilitate effective cross-border communication
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in HR within banking, payments, financial services, or technology sectors
- Experience working with or within European organisations is highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of international employment laws and HR best practices
- Proven skills in stakeholder management, communication, and organisational effectiveness
- Demonstrated adaptability and proactivity in fast-paced, multicultural environments
