Responsibilities:
- On-site management and maintenance of building
- Planning, execution and supervision of all facilities management and operational activities of the building
- Ensure all maintenance works(Preventive, corrective and ad-hoc) are carried out efficiently and on schedule
- Liaise closely with contractors, consultants, and vendors to monitor performance and recommend improvements.
- Administration and management of contracts
- Provide efficient and effective solutions to owners/tenants
- Other job-related and ad hoc duties as assigned
- Assist with minor painting works and technical works when required
- Provide assistance to the Operations Manager by carrying out tasks as instructed, including administrative support, coordination with contractors or tenants, and follow-up on operational matters.
- Other job-related and ad hoc duties asassigned by immediate supervisor
Requirements:
Min Diploma / Nitec in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building Services, Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in managing MCST Property
Good knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSMA) Act will be an advantage
Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
A good team player with strong analytical & leadership skills
Must be able to take work pressure and meet deadlines, proactive and self-driven
Diploma / Nitec holders without experience are welcome to apply
Training will be provided
Able to start work immediately or within short notice period
