Responsibility

• Responsible for Security and Safety aspects for all Shoppers, Tenants and Staff within the Mall
• Assisting Shoppers and Tenants with directional queries
• Manages daily operations at Command Centre and Carpark Operations which includes the entrance to Loading/Unloading Bay, Drop-Off Point and Taxi Stand
• Attends to incidents involving Security and Fire related issues and assist authorities such as SPF and SCDF, whenever required
• Provides daily Security Escort duties for movements of vouchers and/or cash denominations
• Performs Traffic Control duties at Drop Off Point
• Provides security presence for Mall Events to manage crowd control issues
• Manages Lost & Found properties
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels with either Security/Safety/Hotel backgrounds preferred
• Enthusiastic and service-oriented individual with a friendly and pleasant personality
• Vigilant, alert with a keen eye for details
• Conversant in English, with proficiency in other languages being an advantage
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts
• Excellent team worker
• Candidates who possess PLRD Certificate will have an added advantage

Responsibility

• Be mall ambassadors by providing exemplary customer service at all service touchpoints such as Concierge counters, ION Suite, Call Centre/Customer Care etc.
• Attend to shoppers/tenants' queries with in-depth mall and promotional knowledge, including ION Orchard’s customer loyalty program
• Administration of partner promotions and reward redemption both at Concierge counters and in-store, for ION Orchard’s customer loyalty program
• Ensure all enquiries and/or feedback/complaints are addressed with the shoppers/tenants within stipulated guidelines and service levels
• Responsible for managing all verbal and/or written enquiries received from all shoppers/tenants facing touchpoints when assigned with Call Centre and/or Customer Care deployment(s)
• Responsible for general administration duties such as inventory management, reporting etc.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience
• Relevant experience in a retail or hospitality environment will be an added advantage
• Ability to converse fluently in English. Other language skills will be a plus factor
• Pleasant personality with genuine aptitude for service-related work
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and shifts

Responsibilities:

• Provide all aspects of engineering and technical services support for the shopping mall operation
• Play an active role in special projects and enhancement works in the mall
• Support the Manager to lead a team of technical staff to ensure that the mall’s facilities are operating according to SOP and are maintained at the highest standards
• Conduct the periodic audit check on team readiness in Crisis Management
• Ensure compliance and track performance of key vendors and contractors
• Write technical reports, approval papers, tender specifications and correspondence with tenants, authorities etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Building, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years working experience in similar field
• Strong technical expertise in equipment and processes required for facilities management
• Possess strong leadership skills and able to interact effectively with all levels and good team player who can collaborate with colleagues from different departments to achieve shared objectives for the projects
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task
