Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level secretarial and administrative partnership to the CEO.
Proactively manage calendars, including meeting coordination, appointments, and visitor schedules.
Facilitate productive meetings by preparing agendas, coordinating decks, and capturing precise minutes.
Oversee expense management and claims with strict attention to accuracy and deadlines.
Act as a key point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external partners.
Manage end-to-end travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and visa requirements.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 3–5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary (C-suite support experience preferred).
Meticulous, strong problem-solving abilities and able to multitasks.
A resourceful problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional stakeholder interaction.
Tech-savvy.
