Admin Executive

We are looking for a reliable and meticulous Admin Executive to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and support functions independently.

What You'll Do

Office Management

• Oversee general office operations and ensure a well-functioning workplace
• Manage and replenish office supplies as needed

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support to management and staff
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments

Document Management

• Maintain and organise both physical and electronic filing systems
• Handle data entry and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Ensure confidentiality and security of all documents and files

Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
• Answer and redirect phone calls, take messages, and draft emails and correspondence

Accounting Administration

• Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll
• Handle invoicing, billing, and expense tracking
• Manage petty cash and maintain accurate bookkeeping records

Human Resources Support

• Assist with recruitment, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires
• Maintain employee records and handle HR-related queries
• Coordinate staff training and development programmes

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum Diploma from a local polytechnic or equivalent qualification
• At least 1–2 years of relevant admin experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin — required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
• A team player who can also work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

Social Media Executive (Content Creator)

Are you chronically online, obsessed with trends, and always thinking in Reels? We want you. We're looking for a creative and energetic individual to join our team and take charge of our social media presence across TikTok and Instagram.

No experience? No problem — if you've got the passion and the eye for content, we'll help you build the rest.

What You'll Do

• Conceptualise, shoot, and edit short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram (Reels, Stories, carousel posts)
• Plan and manage a consistent content calendar across platforms
• Stay on top of trending sounds, formats, and challenges — and act on them fast
• Write engaging captions and copy that match the brand voice
• Monitor post performance and suggest improvements based on insights
• Engage with followers and help grow an active online community
• Collaborate with the team on campaigns, product launches, and promotions

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field
• Fresh graduates and self-taught creators are welcome to apply
• Naturally in tune with TikTok and Instagram trends
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar apps)
• A good eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and what makes people stop scrolling

Responsibilities 

• Directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives. 

• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. 

• Plans and administers procedures and budgets. 

• Makes budgetary recommendations and controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor at higher levels. 

• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas. 

• Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
  

  Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Robotics & Smart System is preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory skills in a manufacturing environment is a must

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software applications.

  • Knowledge of GMP will be an added advantage.

  • Leadership skills are necessary to manage and develop a team.

  • Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.

  • Willing to do night/day shift and OT support when needed.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Advanced Excel, Microsoft Word & PowerPoint skills
