Job Summary
You will support students’ academic journeys by monitoring progress, coordinating with teachers and consultants, and maintaining detailed student development records to ensure their growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Monitor students’ academic progress, performance, and development goals systematically to ensure timely interventions
- Collect, organize, and analyze report cards, teacher feedback, assessments, and academic records to identify trends and insights
- Build and maintain comprehensive student growth portfolios documenting academic and personal development
- Identify students’ strengths, challenges, and potential academic risks to inform support strategies
- Prepare periodic progress reports and student development summaries for stakeholders
- Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and internal consultants to align on student needs and progress
- Assist in developing, implementing, and tracking academic action plans to support student achievement
- Perform additional duties assigned by management to contribute to team and organizational goals
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Graduates from NUS, NTU, or other reputable universities
- Background in IB, AP, IGCSE, A-Level, or international education systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and report-writing skills demonstrated through academic or professional work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage
- Passion for education and commitment to long-term student development
- Ability to independently manage multiple student cases and prioritize tasks effectively

岗位职责
• 系统性跟进学生学习进度、学术表现及成长目标
• 收集、整理及分析成绩单、学校报告、老师评语及测试成绩
• 建立并维护学生成长档案
• 分析学生优势、挑战及潜在风险
• 定期撰写学习进展及成长总结报告
• 与教师及顾问团队保持沟通
• 协助制定学习计划并追踪落实
• 完成公司安排的其他相关工作
任职要求
• 本科及以上学历
• NTU、NUS或其他优秀大学毕业者优先
• 欢迎优秀应届毕业生
• IB、AP、IGCSE、A-Level背景优先
• 优秀的逻辑分析、归纳总结及报告撰写能力
• 良好的中英文沟通能力
