The Marketing Executive (Partnership & Outreach) supports the development of patient referral networks and strengthens partnerships with insurance providers, corporate organizations, general practitioners (GPs), and medical specialists. The role focuses on outreach activities, relationship management, and facilitating awareness of healthcare services to support appropriate referral pathways. The position also works closely with internal teams to support service awareness, stakeholder engagement, and departmental initiatives.

Insurance & Corporate Outreach

• Develop and maintain relationships with insurance providers, corporate partners, and third-party administrators (TPAs).
• Support engagement with corporate partners regarding healthcare services and panel participation.
• Coordinate with internal teams on matters relating to insurance panels, corporate healthcare programs, and patient access processes.

GP Engagement & Referral Network

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with general practitioner (GP) clinics to enhance awareness of healthcare services and referral pathways.
• Provide information on healthcare services and facilitate appropriate referral pathways from GP clinics.
• Conduct regular outreach visits and engagement activities with GP partners.

Specialist Referral Collaboration

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with medical specialists / medical providers to support cross-referral opportunities.
• Support the development of referral partnerships within the healthcare network.
• Assist in initiatives aimed at strengthening specialist engagement and collaboration.

Outreach & Awareness Initiatives

• Support healthcare outreach activities, educational programs, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
• Assist in organizing events, seminars, or engagement sessions aimed at increasing awareness of healthcare services.

Administrative & Ad Hoc Support

• Assist in marketing initiatives, events, and outreach activities when required.
• Provide administrative and coordination support for business development initiatives.
• Prepare reports, updates, and market insights for management as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in healthcare outreach, business development, or healthcare partnerships is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage healthcare stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple outreach activities.
• Familiarity with healthcare referral networks, GP clinics, or insurance panels is an advantage.

Job Description

• Perform daily SAP payment entry, reconciliation, and related billing administration.
• Process billing for laboratory tests, diagnostic scans, and other clinical services.
• Manage e-filing, consolidation, and archival of patient records and case notes.
• Request and coordinate Letters of Guarantee (LOGs), Guarantees of Payment (GOPs), and related insurance matters.
• Attend to patient, insurer, hospital, and clinic enquiries, including requests for medical reports and supporting documentation.
• Schedule appointments for new referrals and coordinate teleconsultation sessions.
• Respond to enquiries received via Corporate WhatsApp and the OncoCare Connect App.
• Review and resolve assigned Pulse reports and support claim note (CN) tying for straightforward cases.
• Verify and upload Letters of Credit (LOCs) received from clinics.
• Provide operational support and coverage for team members during periods of absence.
• Undertake ad-hoc administrative duties and projects as assigned.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.

Job Responsibilities

• Foster sound relationship with staff, patient and public.
• Perform and assist in diluting and reconstituting chemo drugs using Laminar airflow Hepa filter Isolator.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with the company procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain current notes and paper works related to patient’s treatment.
• Perform all tasks in a safe manner that is consistent with the company policy.
• Perform duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Clinic Nurse Manager/ Clinic Nurse in Charge/ Senior Pharmacy Technician.
• Assist in Clinical Trial dispensing of drugs and documentation.
• Handling of Medications:

- Assist in dispensing medications as prescribed by the doctors under the supervision of Clinic Nurse Manager / Clinic Nurse in Charge/Senior Pharmacy Technician in accordance with the company SOPs.
- Apply principles of safe handling of medications.
- Anticipate, prepare, and differentiate between the various medications and compatibility issues.
- Ensure IV medications, diluents and calculation of dose is counter checked by a Registered Staff Nurse or Doctor.
- Safe handling and disposal of chemotherapy agents.
- Safe handling of Controlled drugs.
- Prevent and manage cytotoxic drug spillage.
- Promote patient’s drug compliance to medications and provide counselling to patient.
- In charge of the drug’s inventories by ensuring sufficient drugs are at all times maintained, drugs near expiry date are exchanged and/or written off. Determine stock level and anticipating needed medications.
- Ensure stocks are stocked up systematically according to first expiry/ first out (first in/ first out.
- Liaise with purchaser to place and expedite order of medications. Raise purchase requisition and purchase order when stock reaches reorder level.
- Organize medications to be dispensed to patients by reading doctor’s orders carefully. Prepare labels with instructions, adhering to the 5 rights of medication.

Serves as a resource person for knowledge of medication uses, side effects and dosage.

• 1-2 years of experience in the industry will be an added advantage.
