Responsibilities:

You will be working closely with senior leaders and line managers to provide recruitment and talent acquisitions services such as building candidate pipelines, research and recommend the right talent sourcing market, setting up recruitment events, participate in employer branding programs to create the employee value proposition.

Talent Acquisition (Core Activities)

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization’s hiring needs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to understand workforce requirements and create hiring plans.
• Collaborate with Hiring Manager to develop or review role profile for the job.
• Facilitate the completion of the recruitment and selection process including preparing salary proposal.
• Manage job posting, screen and shortlist potential candidates for interviews with Hiring Managers.
• Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and necessary documentations are completed promptly and accurately.
• Ensure smooth offboarding process on maintaining a positive relationship with the person leaving, while tying up any loose ends and protecting the company from both legal and security threats.
• Liaise with Hiring Managers to understand business requirements.
• Review existing recruitment and onboarding processes constantly with the objective of upholding good HR practices.

Talent Acquisition (Recruitment Marketing)

• Review the talent search market and recommend the appropriate platform based on the sourcing position and current market trend.
• Maintain strong networking and partnership with government agencies and universities to build future talent pipeline and employer branding.
• Plan and participate in employer branding related events/activities.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• General Degree, Degree in HRM or related field.
• Min. 2 years relevant experience in HR field.
• Good HR experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge in Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Superior working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Able to work under pressure with a good sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese associates.
• Highly-organized and analytical with an eye for details.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the effective execution of monthly payroll, statutory contribution and annual individual tax reporting for assigned local and overseas personnel. Provide full support for payroll processing, employee queries, government grant verification, budget/forecast for personnel cost, HR reporting, annual closing for payroll, leave and attendance management etc.

• Responsible for full spectrum of monthly payroll processing and provide payroll support.
• Responsible for verifying of overseas office monthly payroll (China).
• Processing of monthly Staff Claims, OT Claims and incentives.
• Handle tax clearance submission, monthly CPF & SDL submission, annual income tax submission, and other government related grant application and submission for local and overseas employees.
• Process expats tax matters, including withholding tax, prepare the issuance of IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A and Appendix 8B, and ensure it meets regulatory requirements etc.
• Ensure compliance with respective labour law and payroll best practices for local and overseas.
• Liaise with external auditors and/or tax agents on payroll related matters.
• Manage of timesheet administration and conduct analysis for payroll purposes.
• Provide internal and external training administration support.
• Provide administrative support for our new joiners’ confirmation, designees’ exit clearance, conduct exit interview, and collect and compile data on the rationales for their resignation.
• Provide administrative support for Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Administer employees all types of leave include childcare leave, maternity/paternity Leave, etc.
• Provide advice and handle employee inquiries on HR-related matters.
• Support the team for company-wide events and/or activities.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management / Finance / Accountancy / Banking / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Min 2 years of generalist experience in the field of HR.
• Well-versed in payroll processing.
• Knowledge of Employment Act and various sourcing techniques.
• Meticulous, accurate, detailed, time sensitive and have an inquisitive/curious mind.
• Be customer focused and service oriented with a pleasant and assertive personality.
• Effective at prioritizing, organizing and meeting deadlines.
• Possess initiative, drive, a good eye for details and is result-oriented.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the sales and management of sales business activities. You will be in charge of the market development for the Systems Integration business, prepare long-term and short-term business plans for revenue generation, develop budget and implement sales and marketing strategies to attain business growth and profitability.

• Provide technical solutions / proof of concept / costing / budget during bidding.
• Actively involves in answering / attending technical queries from customers pertaining to the sales / bidding.
• Provide technical support to project implementation / testing / site commissioning / services / upgrading / integration to various systems.
• Create standard training materials and provide trainings to various personnel to build up expertise.
• Gathering of market intelligence on industry trends, competitive development and constant evaluation of potential new customers lines. Develop new market segments and introduce innovative products to continuously grow market share.
• Gain and maintain market information and knowledge to obtain and maintain the targeted market shares in all assigned product categories.
• Manage the business in order to achieve and maximize targets for sales, volumes and revenues and to ensure the right organization and structure is in place for delivering the objectives.
• Develop and drive credibility and long-term relationship with the customers, to fulfil long-term sales objectives.
• Responsible for creating and implementing the sales plan, including forecast, monitoring the sales effort and performance against budget and to take corrective actions, in order to contribute to overall business plan.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Good sales/business development knowledge in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Marines, Power Plant or other harsh and hazardous industries, covering the following system:

o Public Alarm & General Alarm/ Closed Circuit TV System

o Telephone PABX/ Microwave Radio/ Satellite Communication

o Marine Radio System

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills, resourceful and creative.
• Good analytical/problem solving skills/abilities.
• Possess good leadership skills with a high level of personal responsibility and self-motivation, ‘can do’ attitude is a must.
• A self-starter with proven managerial skills and sound business acumen, with ability to multi-task and handle work pressure.
