DUTIES AND SCOPE OF WORK
The Employee shall be required to perform the following duties including but not limited to:
(i) Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
(ii) Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies
(iii) Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
(iv) Supports team by performing tasks related to the organization
(v) Prepares regularly scheduled reports by collecting and analysing information accurately
(vi) Prepares documents for clients as assigned
(vii) Submission of forms and documents for consultants and clients
(viii) Handle clients’ and any sensitive information in a confidential manner
(ix) Procuring gifts for business purposes, such as client appreciation, employee recognition or promotional events
(x) Preparation of gifts for delivery to clients and employees
(xi) Provide support for Manager and Director through tasks as assigned
(xii) Any other duties as assigned
