Job Summary

The Lead Loss Prevention Engineer is responsible for leading and managing all technical safety and loss prevention engineering activities for offshore Oil & Gas projects. The role ensures compliance with international standards, company specifications, and regulatory requirements to minimize operational risks, safeguard personnel, assets, and the environment throughout project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Loss Prevention and Technical Safety engineering activities during FEED, EPC, EPCIC, and detailed engineering phases
• Prepare and review safety deliverables including Firewater Demand Calculation, Firewater P&IDs, Fire & Gas Mapping, ESD Philosophy, Hazardous Area Classification, Safety Plan, Fire Control Plan
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety requirements are properly integrated into engineering designs
• Interface with clients, classification societies, regulatory authorities, and third-party consultants on technical safety matters
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and support project execution schedules and deliverables
• Participate in design reviews, safety assessment workshops and constructability reviews etc
• Ensure compliance with international codes and standards such as API, NFPA, IEC, ISO, and local regulatory requirements
• Support commissioning, startup, and operational safety reviews when required

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Loss Prevention / Technical Safety Engineering within Oil & Gas, FPSO, Offshore industries
• Strong experience in FEED and EPC/EPCIC project execution
• Hands-on experience in developing and reviewing safety design documents such as for firefighting system, lifesaving appliances, HAC, etc. is a must
• Hands-on experience conducting HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, QRA, FERA, EERA and formal safety studies is an advantage
• Familiarity with offshore safety regulations and international engineering standards
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead engineering teams and manage multiple project interfaces

Responsibilities:

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions

• accurately and timely.

• Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries.

• Assist with month-end closing activities.

• Support GST documentation and filings.

• Maintain proper documentation and filing.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and statutory requirements.

• Experience with accounting software and MS Excel.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially driven Buyer to support procurement activities for oil & gas / offshore projects. The role will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services in compliance with project specifications, company policies, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Procurement & Sourcing

• Execute end-to-end procurement activities (RFQ, evaluation, negotiation, award)
• Source suppliers for materials, equipment, and services (e.g., piping, valves, structural steel, MRO items)
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with project requirements

2. Vendor Management

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers
• Maintain and manage approved vendor lists (AVL)
• Monitor supplier performance (delivery, quality, pricing)

3. Commercial Negotiation

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contract terms
• Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality and compliance
• Support cost-saving and value engineering initiatives

4. Project Coordination

• Work closely with engineering, project, and QA/QC teams to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines
• Track and expedite deliveries to meet project deadlines
• Resolve procurement-related issues (delays, shortages, discrepancies)

5. Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and oil & gas industry standards
• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
• Support audits and ensure proper contract documentation

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 3–6 years of procurement experience, preferably in oil & gas, EPC, offshore, or marine industry
• Strong knowledge of technical procurement (e.g., mechanical, piping, electrical items)
• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment

Job Summary:
The Structural Engineer will support the design, analysis, and execution of structural engineering works for onshore and offshore projects. The role involves preparing calculations, drawings, and technical documentation while ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and applicable codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design calculations for steel and/or concrete structures.
• Assist in developing structural deliverables including drawings, reports, and design documentation.
• Support modelling and analysis using engineering software (e.g., STAAD, SACS, ETABS, ANSYS).
• Review drawings and coordinate with drafting teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (civil, mechanical, piping, E&I) to resolve design interfaces.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and standards (e.g., Eurocode, AISC, API, ISO).
• Assist in technical evaluations, site queries, and engineering problem-solving.
• Participate in design reviews, safety studies, and project meetings.
• Support site, fabrication, or construction activities when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience in structural engineering (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Basic knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
• Familiarity with engineering software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS, SACS, ANSYS) is an advantage.
• Good understanding of international design codes and standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred:

• Postgraduate qualification (Master’s/PhD) in Structural Engineering will be considered an added advantage where relevant to the role”.
